About the event

The 190th Anniversary of the death of President James Madison
Join us in our Sandra and William H. Speiden auditorium for a presentation by Tom Chapman on the life and times of Pres. James Madison.

James Madison of Montpelier is one of Orange County's most famous sons: President of the United States, Father of the US Constitution, statesman, and one of the founders of the University of Virginia to name a few. Tom Chapman will present a program from his perspective as a former archaeologist and historian at James Madison's Montpelier presidential homesite.

The presentation will begin promptly at 3pm
