On Sunday 21 June, a bunch of locals will voluntarily jump into freezing water at Gosling Creek Dam… then immediately warm back up with hot soup, bread rolls and good company.

Why? Because sometimes doing something uncomfortable together can actually be good for you.
The plunge itself usually lasts somewhere between 30 seconds and 2 minutes, which will probably feel long enough.

This is a FREE community event supporting Lifeline Central West, with optional donations helping fund local mental health and suicide prevention services back into the Orange community.

Important: This is a clothed plunge, swimmers, wetsuits and costumes are strongly encouraged.

Please note: Gosling Creek Dam conditions will be monitored leading up to the event due to current blue-green algae levels. If required, the event location may move to Lake Canobolas and registered attendees will be notified.
