Feel Light is a supportive, grounded wellbeing circle designed to help you slow down, cut through the noise, and create a health and wellbeing plan you can actually stick to.

This is not about perfection, strict rules or quick fixes. It’s about clarity, consistency, and being supported so you don’t fall off the wagon and end up back where you started.

	•	Four weekly 90-minute group sessions throughout February
	•	A complimentary one-on-one naturopathic consultation
