Stroke Aware
We trust our brains to keep everything running smoothly - thinking, moving, and reacting - without giving it much thought. Stroke Aware shines a light on how this incredible organ works, what happens when it's disrupted, and the early warning signs we all need to know. Join Dr Sumitha Gounden (Rehabilitation Specialist) to learn why acting fast matters and discover simple steps you can take to protect your brain health.

Cyber Smart
We rely on our devices, apps and networks every day. Join us to learn how to stay safe in an increasingly digital world. Learn from Regina Pollard (IT Specialist) what common risks look like, how to spot warning signs and what you can do to protect your personal information.

Join us at Nashdale Hall, where Nashdale Sports and Social Club will have the bar open from 6.30pm so you can grab a glass of something to enjoy while you learn, and there will be some light nibbles to enjoy. 

There will also be a raffle on the night of lovely local goodies to raise funds for the CWA, used towards community initiatives.
