Join SDMB and help get the 24 Hours in the Old Pueblo (24HOP) race course tuned up. Come hang out and pre-ride the course with us, camp in the beautiful high desert, and enjoy a SDMB Brats Dinner Fundraiser! Come for the day if camping is not your thing! Trail work is not required but encouraged. Bring your campchairs to enjoy your dinner around the campfire!!
Friday: Some of us will arrive Friday afternoon to setup camp, you're welcome to join us!!
SATURDAY: Trail Work day / Ride / Dinner & Dessert
9am-12 noon: Meeting by the Start/Finish line (24HOP exchange tent location) for a safety talk and to organize our work teams and divide the tools. Once trail work is done, most folks go for a ride before dinner. Trail volunteers will get free dinner Saturday night. (Scroll down for more details on what to bring for trail work)
5pm Dinner: This year's 24Hop Pre-ride Dinner features Brats, sides, a drink, and dessert. Dessert will be a potluck. Please bring a homeade item to share.
Cost: $5 for current SDMB Members. $10 for non-members. Kids under 15 will be free with a paid adult meal. Great deal for dinner and a drink out in the middle of the desert!
Beer: Dragoon Brewing has stepped up again to provide us with some adult beverages.
Camping: is free, but you will need a State Land Trust permit. Permits are available here:

Directions: 24 Hour Town. Stay right after the Willow Springs Arch. Turn left on Willow Spring Dr.
Volunteers need to bring: Appropriate clothing for trail work -- Long pants, closed toe shoes/boots, work gloves(not bike gloves), eye protection, sun screen, and a pack to carry snacks, water bladder/bottles (Min 2 liters of water). New to trail work? We will train you on site. No experience needed.
Tools will be provided.
Please register so we can make sure to have enough tools/food/drinks.
SUNDAY - Ride
9am - Meet by the Start/Finish line (24HOP exchange tent location). Riders can choose the ride they want and be ready to ride by 9:30am
RIDES: all rides will have a lead and a sweep.
Advanced
Intermediate
Beginner: Slower pace, with option to do 1/2 course.
