Plates for Paws 3 Animal Shelter Benefit

St. Landry Barbell is hosting our third annual Deadlift event to benefit the animal shelter here in Opelousas on Saturday December 27, 2025
There will be food and refreshments, raffle prizes, and St. Landry Animal Control will have some dogs there for adoption!
There will be awards given for best lifters. Male and female, 4 weight classes, plenty of opportunity to win something - including an award for most pledge money made!
