WHAT: Celebrate the opening of Opa-locka Historic City Hall as part of the 13th Annual Art of Transformation. Explore two immersive exhibitions:

• Loan Me Your Dreams: African and African Diaspora Art from the Ten North Collection
• The Art of Carnaval: Not All Works of Art Hang on a Wall
