October Yoga in the Park

We LOVE yoga in the park! And this is our last (official) event for this year. Soooo sad.
Join us on October 25th at ESNP in the Picnic Area at Parking Lot 9 for a mindful Yoga asana practice in a beautiful, natural, and serene setting. This is a wonderful opportunity to get grounded in Mother Nature, breathe fresh air and feel the sun on your face.
When you enter the park, turn right onto Still Hollow Loop Rd ( it’s the only road on your Right ) and drive until you see Parking lot 9, it's further than you think, so don't give up I promise you'll get there!
Bring your mat, water, maybe bug repellent & something to go under your mat and bring a friend or two, it's always more fun with friends!
