KettleBell Fun!

Kettlebell workouts use dynamic moves that target almost every aspect of fitness; cardio & strength endurance, balance, agility, and its FUN. A challenging and efficient workout that is only 30 mins, and you only need one piece of equipment. (Intermediate & Beginners welcome)
***KettleBells start at 5:45 - Donation based
Followed by Yoga Core Basics starts at 6:30 (Class Passes are available )
*** Attend one or both classes! You choose!
