Bruin Trot 5K & Fun Run

Join us at Lake Forest Meadow for our 5K race and fun run through The Forest! Open to all ages and experience levels, this event is perfect for runners, joggers, and walkers alike. Proceeds benefit the Lake Forest Middle Athletics Department, supporting our student-athletes and programs. Come be a part of the fun, fitness, and community spirit.
