APU presents Battle of James County- a Powerlifting competition for male and female athletes.

Located in the back of The Knife Shoppe

Weigh in from 0800-1200 on Friday April 17 at Southside Fitness or 0700 on Saturday before the competition.
Lifter’s meeting at 0800 on Saturday before the competition.
