This hands-on class is led by Chef Kim, owner of Back Alley Grill and a Hell’s Kitchen Season 16 Finalist! 🔥👩🍳 You’ll learn to roll your own sushi and make 3 delicious rolls to enjoy during the class (all ingredients are cooked or veggie). Plus, you’ll receive your own sushi mat to keep!
🍷 Wine Pairing by GenuWine Productions — known for their small batch wines made from New York–sourced grapes, bringing you flavors that are fresh, delicious, and local!
