Day crop or stay at the hotel, we have a room block. Book your own room

3 days of cropping $185.00

Friday 9:00am to 12:00am (per hotel request)

Saturday: 7:00am to 12:00am (per hotel request)

Sunday: 7:00am to 4:00pm

Registration, Payment & Cancellation Policy:

Each guest must pay $185.00 per person

Partial payment of $92.50 is due at time of registration

Full payment due 90 days before the event.

Your crop fee is non-refundable

If you need to cancel, you may transfer your crop fee to another individual (You must contact us to put in the name change & let us know that you will not be attending)

Guests must be at least 18 years of age
