During this retreat, Zolzaya will guide you through the foundations of throat singing and resonance, exploring the voice as both a cultural and inner instrument of strength. You’ll learn how women in Mongolia have carried and redefined this ancient art, and discover the power of your own voice.

The retreat takes place at a beautiful 19th-century farmhouse: a warm and tranquil place where winter feels magical. Relax by the wood-burning stove, or enjoy the heated indoor pool, sauna, and whirlpool between workshops.

All meals are freshly prepared, vegetarian and mostly vegan, in harmony with the Altai spirit.
