We'll close with Yoga Nidra, a restorative deep rest practice, completely guided while you lie down comfortably: meditation made effortless! Join us once, or come every Tuesday morning for regular practice! $10/participant

Beginners welcome! Dress for comfort and bring your own props for yoga and rest: yoga mat, blankets, pillows. 

Class held upstairs in McFadden Hall at the Onset Bay Center. Doors open at 7:45. Pre-register online, or drop in! 

Carly Baumann is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Advanced Yoga Nidra Facilitator for adults and kids, with training in Yin Yoga and Trauma Sensitive Yoga. She is also Buzzards Bay Coalition’s Outdoor Learning Manager.
