This Virtual Dance class is for anyone who wants to get fit, have fun and learn new dance moves. It's an aerobic workout divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. The overall intensity of a class varies depending on the style you're doing.
What is Zumba?
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness. I would add to that, Zumba is an easy-to-follow dance fitness program that is a lot of fun you can do in the comfort of your own homes on Zoom! Every class feels like a dance party!
