Join YogaHub Founder Ali Singer for a weekly mat practice from the comfort of your home. In each session, you will move through a traditional vinyasa sequence, learning new postures, techniques, and themes for harnessing your mind and body. Classes are customized for students to improve in the areas they seek: send your intentions and target poses to receive personalized coaching and advance your skills. Students are invited to record their video and send it to Ali after practice for specific alignment feedback and recommendations.
Expand your practice: Each week focuses on a different element of Patanjali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga, a framework that outlines the entire practice. Join each session and explore off-the-mat yoga assignments to deepen your knowledge and experience how the system of yoga cultivates union with yourself and the world around you. Please have a yoga journal to respond to prompts between sessions.
