Yoga Nidra is a meditation practiced lying down in Savasana. In a full practice, which runs for about 30-40 minutes, students are guided through powerful relaxation techniques such as body scanning, breath-work, and visualizations that promote deep rest, better sleep, as well as physical, mental, and emotional balance.
This class does not include yoga poses. Just find a cozy spot to lie down, set-up your props, and enjoy the practice.
