Yin yoga is a slow meditative practice. During the class we will also practice meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises). Yin is a really great practice for people wanting to deepen their meditation practice. It is also perfect for people wanting to increase mobility in the joints and connective tissues. The class is suitable for all levels as I will give options and adaptions. Beginners are very welcome- I will talk you through everything as we go.
