YES MA’AM: A Bold New One-Day Event Invites Women to Say Yes to Midlife, Aging, and What Comes Next!

A new kind of women’s event is coming to the GTA, and it’s not about fixing, hiding, or “aging gracefully.”

YES MA’AM: Yes to Midlife, Yes to Aging, Yes to Menopause is a one-day live experience created for women who are done whispering about getting older and ready to talk about it out loud. The event takes place Saturday, March 1, 2026, at the Mississauga Grand Banquet & Event Centre, bringing together women for a powerful day of conversation, laughter, and connection.

Co-hosted by Helen Xenidis, founder of Once Upon A Woman- Her Story, and Gaby Mammone, founder of Kind Projects, YES MA’AM creates space for honest conversations about aging, identity, menopause, relationships, health, reinvention, and everything in between.

The day will feature:
