Enroll in a comprehensive two-day workshop that offers practical tips for writing in a professional setting. Discover Bold Type’s simple but effective strategies for crafting insightful and compelling language. With the Audience, Response, Tone (ART) tool, you will learn how to define the purpose of your document or message.
Instructor Casey Mank will walk you through the tips and tricks of guiding the audience’s attention. Throughout the workshop, you will explore research-driven strategies for de-cluttering your writing as well as discuss the power of clear, concise language all the way down to the sentence level.
To enhance your learning experience, please bring a draft of your writing to the workshop (i.e. emails, project briefings, email campaign copy and/or templates, talking points, etc.). This is an active workshop: after each new concept is introduced, you will have the opportunity to apply it directly to your work, enabling you to improve your writing skills in real time.
