Glory to God Brothers and Sisters!

By Jesus Christ mighty name we are taking Glutes and abs to the next level!

This will be an intermediate level class, meaning if you're past beginner but not yet an expert this is the class that will elevate you in Jesus Name!

The goal of this class is fat burning and toning. This will help us get to a slimmer, leaner, stronger physique. Weights are not necessary but if you want to use them it's fine.

We will be working out to old school and new school Gospel music and Christian hip hop. (No secular or worldly artist) We listen to music that heals...not kills! Can I get an AMEN!

Each week will we have a scripture of the week which I will post in the chat which You can meditate with. The Bible tells us to meditate on The Word of God day and night. Any other Meditation is NOT of Jesus Christ. (No yoga or none of that up in here)

Each session will be in circuit format. An example of this is:

1minute of squats

1minute of Glute Bridges

1minute of Crunches

1Minute rest (Then repeat) Modifications will be made for those that ask

If you aren't sure Your fitness Level I recommend you take the Thursday beginner class or try the workout in the details. If You can handle that with no soreness the next day Then you are ready for this! I recommend doing both Thursday and Saturday for best results.
