The correct question, of course, is "What is Mindfulness?" Mindfulness helps in so many facets of life. To realize its full benefits, however, we must develop a deeper understanding of the practice. In this series we will learn exactly what “mindfulness” means, how it helps in day-to-day life, and most importantly, how to become more mindful.
