*Purchase of one ticket includes 4 classes. After taking 4 classes, renew again on Eventbrite for another 4. (One miss and one make up allowed in the 4 week period).

If you miss a class, make it up on the 5th week before renewing.

Qigong Infused Yoga™ is a fusion of Gentle Yoga and Qigong combined to offer the benefits of both ancient healing arts practices. Qigong Infused Yoga is a tranquil, beneficial and powerful mind-body practice that relieves physical, mental and emotional tension effectively.

In our online sessions, we will practice

  • Pranayama(Deep Breathing Exercises) and Centering
  • Warm-ups include Gentle Yoga and Qigong (Movement combined with breath.)
  • Active breath work to release anxiety and build energy in the body.
  • Standing Arm Swings, Tapping and Shaking Like a Tree
  • Heart Salutations from Yoga
  • Balancing Postures
  • Calming Qigong Movements that are relax the nervous system
  • Gentle and Easy to follow Standing Yoga Poses to Supine Yoga
  • Final Relaxation(Shavasana)
  • Closing Meditation and Heart Centered Poetry

Please have a yoga mat, block and strap for class. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and set your self up in a quiet space with no distractions.
