During this time of unprecedented change, there is a tremendous need to bring yoga and mindfulness to underserved and underestimated communities, and a need for skilled teachers that understand yoga from an informed, conscious and community-based standpoint.
We believe that yoga is for EVERYONE regardless of age, physical ability or socioeconomic status. Our vision is to train and create a network of conscious yoga teachers who serve our local communities and are conduits for change.
This one-of-a-kind online training will be led by a world-class faculty of experienced instructors, each of whom is a recognized subject-matter expert in their respective fields.

Installment payment options are available. The full price applies to installment plans, unless all installments are paid before August 1st. In order to set up installments please first pay the non-refundable $500 deposit and then email us at aW5mbyB8IHdhcnJpb3JmbG93ICEgY29t to request the number of payments needed to satisfy your tuition balance (maximum four payments of $400 each). You will be invoiced accordingly on the 1st of every month. If a payment is not received by the 10th day of the month, an additional late fee will be assessed along with the monthly balance due.

The requirements of this 200-hour yoga teacher training program comply with the Yoga Alliance standards. Warrior Flow is an approved 200 RYS school of Yoga Alliance. Upon successful completion of program requirements, you will receive a graduation certificate from Warrior Flow.
To meet Yoga Alliance's minimum training standards, you must attend each online session in its entirety and complete all supplemental homework assignments. You are expected to be on time for each session. Late arrival or partial participation of any day will be deducted from your 200-hour requirement and subject to make-up sessions (see below).
We understand that unexpected events may occur. In those situations, you will be required to make up the content and hours missed. To make-up time, all missed contact hour footage will still need to be reviewed in its entirety. In addition to reviewing all missed live course content, a one-hour private post assessment session must also be scheduled with the teacher training lead or co-facilitator to ensure retention and comprehension of the missed material. Private sessions cost $100/hour. Please note that private sessions will be limited and availability is not guaranteed. Thank you for your participation and understanding.

The Warrior Flow Foundation Inc reserves the right to cancel a teacher training program at any time. In the event that Warrior Flow cancels a training, you will receive a full refund, including your non-refundable $500 deposit. Cancellations for students made 60 days prior to the program start date are subject to a full refund, minus the non-refundable $500 deposit. Within 60 days of the program start date, no refunds will be given. No exceptions. Warrior Flow may offer transfers into a future program in the event of extenuating circumstances. No credit or refund will given if you do not show up for a program; or if you leave a program early for any reason. You acknowledge that refunds will not be given if you are dissatisfied with the program in any way. ABOUT OUR FACULTY:
Adrian Molina has been teaching yoga since 2004, with an extensive worldwide following through his platform and school of yoga, Warrior Flow. Adrian is also a writer, meditation teacher, sound therapist, End-of-Life Doula, Mental Health First Aid facilitator, an ambassador for Accessible Yoga and Yoga for All, a TCTSY-F facilitator, and is currently training as a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist. Adrian is recognized as a community organizer and founder of The Warrior Flow Foundation, a 501c3 non profit that brings the benefits of movement, therapeutic and accessible yoga, mindfulness, and stress reduction tools to schools, shelters, hospitals, police, first responders, and hospice care. He is also the co-founder of Warrior Flow TV, an online video platform that makes fitness and yoga accessible to anyone, anywhere, anytime. And he teaches for the platform Insight Timer.
Hunter is the founder of CLARITY dharma and meditation collective, and for almost two decades has taught meditation, mindfulness and Buddhist studies in classes, workshops, international retreats, teacher trainings, private sessions, and online. He lived as a Buddhist monk for two years at Pema Chödrön's monastery in Canada, and he also studied closely with the Buddhist master Dzogchen Ponlop. Hunter is author of the books You Are Buddha (2014) and The Four Reminders: A Simple Buddhist Guide to Living and Dying Without Regret (2017), and he has facilitated hundreds of sound meditations and sound healing sessions. He also teaches Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Yoga Philosophy. He is the co-founder of Warrior Flow TV and the founder of CLARITY dharma and meditation collective.
Miami-based instructor Sari Velar brings a gentle and accessible approach to movement and yoga for students of all ages. She began teaching in 2007 and is currently a E-RYT 500 level teacher and continuing education provider with the Yoga Alliance. Sari also holds certifications in Gentle Therapeutics Yoga®, Adaptable Yoga for Clinical Settings, Yoga for Cancer (Y4C), Trauma-Informed Yoga, Children's Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga. Her life experience, love for props and extensive therapeutic training have allowed her to teach and offer more adaptable, accessible and inclusive classes outside of the studio setting. Sari currently facilitates group classes and works with individual patients at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center and is the Director of Training and Education for the Warrior Flow Foundation. Sari's passion and belief is that YOGA IS FOR ALL, regardless of age, ability, or socioeconomic status.
Andréa received both her 200-hour (2007) and 300-hour (2008) certification from New York Yoga under the guidance of Kristin Leal. In addition, she has completed teacher trainings with David Swenson, Shiva Rea, Jill Miller, Scott Harig, Yogi Charu and Maty Ezraty. She is passionate about the innate body intelligence we all possess and anatomy as a means of connecting deeper to our own personal journey. She brings an ever-expanding knowledge of bodywork and physiology to her classes and private sessions, specializing in Thai Yoga Bodywork and Marma Point Therapy. Andréa is also a Certified Personal Trainer, through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine,) and is currently working on her Herbalism and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certifications.
Yuliana began her Yoga Therapy studies in 2016 with Prema Yoga Institute and is certified under the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IYAT). Yoga therapy is the process of empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga. As a yoga therapist she has worked with cancer patients during and post treatment, cardiac patients at Lenox Hill Hospital, chronic pain sufferers, people with severe and chronic back pain issues, those facing autoimmune challenges, and those dealing with mood disorders. She completed her 500 RYT and is 200 ERYT, YACEP and C-IYAT certified. She has a private yoga therapy practice in NYC. As a yoga therapist she makes sure each session is tailored to meet the physical, emotional, and mental needs of each client. She teaches group classes at numerous Equinox studios around New York City. Her classes range from power yoga, vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, and restorative yoga. She previously worked at Kula for Karma as a New York City Program Director.
