Experience the NYRR RUNCENTER at home! Led by an expert NYRR yoga instructor, this class will transform your living room, rooftop, or backyard into a lively home fitness studio. Register for the class time of your choice, and you will receive an email with your personal access link to join the class on Zoom.
Whether you’re training for a race, looking to become more flexible, or rehabbing an injury, yoga can be a great complement to your training program. Appropriate for all levels, this practice will enhance the mind-body connection, which is an important component of running.
Participants should be barefoot or in socks for this class, and should have a yoga mat or other soft surface for floor exercises. If available, have three large bath towels close at hand to use for specific poses (not required).
The class will begin promptly on the hour, so we ask that you join the webinar a couple minutes early to ensure you are connected and set up properly.
Please note that you will need to log in to your Eventbrite account to access the webinar link, and a Zoom account is required to join class.
