# Event Details - **Event Name**: Virtual STAR WARS Scavenger Hunt and Escape Room from Home - **Event Start and End Date**: Sun, 06 Dec, 2020 at 04:30 pm – Sun, 06 Dec, 2020 at 07:30 pm - **Event Description**: Han Solo, Baby Yoda, Darth Vader, Chewbacca, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and the Jawas (among many others) take over your lives in a virtual scavenger Even if you can’t physically get to Tattoine due to Covid, it doesn’t mean you can’t explore the World of Star Wars that is in your own home! Today, we get into different houses (teams) and we will bring the Death Star to you – via an exciting Scavenger Hunt with Multiple challenges. With a uniquely designed Scavenger Hunt, you and your team will search for random crazy objects, items that combined make up for an exciting Star Wars adventure. In addition, you will participate in ESCAPE ROOM challenges (such as trivia, puzzles, adventures, and games) – all Star Wars themed – from your very own living room. Today’s event will take place via ZOOM. Please try to install this on your app or mobile device in advance. How does it work? 1) Upon starting, we will break you into teams (i.e. the Jedi Order, Mandalorians, the Empire, etc…) and put you each into a virtual breakout chat room. Each team will be given a list of several items to retrieve, pictures to take, trivia to learn about each other, and challenges to complete. 2) A team leader will be chosen to help direct their team to collect the items. Each item and challenge will be worth a certain amount of points. Teams are not expected to retrieve all of the items listed. 3) There will be 2 to 3 different check-ins times during the day. At each time, new curveballs and challenges may be thrown at each team for a chance to win more points. 4) The winning team will be the one that collects the most points. Prizes will be awarded to the top team. Throughout the afternoon, you’ll learn about and explore fascinating subjects of your own home, your neighborhood, and your teammates. There are over 100 items listed and what you see depends upon your team’s resolve, speed and ability to have fun! Note: The race starts at noon sharp!
