What: Virtual Reiki Energy Healing Circle via zoom.

What to expect:

*15-minute guided meditation/breathwork

*20-minute group Reiki healing

*10-minute sharing insights and closing

(You have the option to stay connected on zoom or close the video and sit in your own space while you receive the healing energy).

When: The second Monday of every month at 8-9 pm CST.

Why: I want to share my gifts with anyone who needs extra loving support at this time. We all deserve a safe space to connect, receive healing, and let go of some of the heavy energy that is the collective experience right now. The intention of this circle is to support you in receiving this healing to relax and cultivate time and tools to help support your self-care.

What is Reiki healing: Reiki is an ancient form of hands-on healing that is very gentle and relaxing. I can send Reiki healing energy to anyone at any time because this energy transcends time/space and will flow to you wherever you are.

Energy healing supports balancing your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Reiki can help support you to relieve stress, receive clarity on a challenge in your life, and help you feel more grounded and at ease in your body. Reiki energy can also support your creative endeavors.

How to prepare: I invite you to join this circle with an intention. Find a comfortable and quiet space to sit or lie down for 30 minutes to be guided into relaxation and receive energy healing.

Sliding scale fee of $11-33. Please pay what you can and you will receive a zoom link via email to join before the circle begins.
