We're not doing enough pulling in quarantine. We will get the posterior chain working with either kettlebells or dumbbells to help us. Get your blood and endorphins flowing with this kickass way to start your day. This will be a full-body workout.
You will start with a dynamic warm-up and then use a series of strength movements that will challenge and build your strength, balance, and conditioning and leave you huffing and puffing.
This workout is appropriate for all fitness levels. Modifications offered for all movements. Dumbbells or kettlebells are required- nothing too heavy, maybe sets of 10 to 30 pounds of total weight in your hands at any one time. A yoga mat would be helpful, but not necessary.
This class will be taught via Zoom. You will need the Zoom desktop or mobile app to access the class. The Zoom meeting room information will be emailed to you 15 minutes before the class starts.
