An editor can either make or break a project so learn how to do it to a professional standard from home.
No prior experience in editing is required. This workshop can be taught with Final Cut Pro X or 7 depending on your preference.
This course is split into three sessions. Every Tuesday 11am-1pm from the starting date.
The webinar is very interactive. Our goal is to teach how to operate editing softwares efficiently with practice on your own work. You must have the editing software on your own computer to sign up . We will be demonstrating how to operate the software through live screen capture to walk you through the process as you are doing it yourselves. We can send professional footage to practice with if you don’t have your own projects to work from.

By the end of the three sessions you will have the ability to create videos with a succinct message to your audience at a professional standard. You will be able to edit a number of formats such as corporate and commercial videos, short social media videos, events, talks, profiles, etc. If you are more interested in documentary and drama editing then it's all the same skills and knowledge, just let us know beforehand so we can adjust some areas that we cover. Also if you require any other needs such as learning how to create vfx, title sequences, etc do let us know!
