One of our vintage events would lead India with the highest number of green areas. We are happy to organize this event on such a great day in India. People must always remember a saying by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose: ‘One individual will die for ideas but the idea will, after his death, incarnate itself in a thousand lives.’ Hausala Foundation is going to join this wonderful event ‘ Van Mahotsav’ by tree planting across different states. We urge the people of India to contribute their attention to planting more & more trees for making our earth a happy & healthy place to live. Hausala Foundation is committed to this green cause and urges all our Patriotic Indians to help us in taking such a great step towards tree planting in huge numbers.I would like to share some of the memorable lines we must remember on this occasion with love & respect. ‘May the sun in his course visitno land more free, more happy,more lovely,than this our country’ by Sardar Bhagat Singh Let’s be committed to our earth sowing the seeds of ideas and raising the sweetest fruits from it. Fruit trees will be planted in the rural area across all states where food scarcity has been amplified by the effects of COVID-19. At a time when many migrant laborers are returning home, planting trees in the homesteads, communities, and villages that dot these regions will help keep hunger at bay. And over time, it will create sustainable livelihoods for small farmers, changing lives and strengthening local economies TIE UP YOUR BOND WITH HAUSALA FOUNDATION AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE BY DONATING TO PLANT TREES WITH US. Each tree we plant will provide at least Rs 500 in food and nutrition each year with a cumulative value of Rs.2.5 CR garnered over the next 50-60 years. The species we’ll focus on are moringa, papaya, banana, lemon, guava, apricot, pear, peach, and jujubes. According to scientists, India has lost 40% of its natural forest cover in the last 95 years driven by mining, agriculture, fishery, and urbanization, etc. Planting trees in India is particularly useful due to low air quality. Trees actively help mitigate climate change as well.
