But how did a Pennsylvania farm boy with the equivalent of a 4th grade education create one of the largest chocolate companies in the world? It's time to journey to Hershey, PA — "Chocolatetown, USA" — to uncover the incredible legacy, landmarks, and community established by America's undisputed king of chocolate.
Join New York Adventure Club as we explore the incredible rags-to-riches story of Milton S. Hershey — a confectioner from Central Pennsylvania whose novel chocolate-making technique of using fresh milk and new approach to chocolate manufacturing helped him grow his business into one of the world's largest chocolate empires.
