A gentle inclusive group session open to all paths and beliefs.
Together we’ll explore how tapping can quiet the mind open the heart and deepen our connection to the divinity within — the still wise presence that speaks in silence.
Through a blend of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) guided reflection and a period of listening for inner guidance we’ll:
✨ Release blocks to faith trust and inner peace
✨ Open to the loving intelligence that flows through all life
✨ Receive insights or messages from within
✨ Anchor gratitude and stillness through gentle tapping
No religious background needed — only a willingness to connect with your own understanding of the sacred.
Bring: a notebook or journal a pen and an open heart.
Duration: approx. 60 minutes.
