Meditation, Breathing & Tai Chi
TUESDAY 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Sessions will be held LIVE via zoom. Zoom information will be sent out 15 minutes before the session.
Recenter your awareness by concentrating on what is already happening naturally: the breath. In this class, we move with simple tai chi forms observing and modifying the breath to calm the mind, that lead us to a deeper connection with our bodies and relaxation. Meditation can be done in a chair or seated on yoga blankets. Calm your mind, settle your body and find a softer focus to your day.
