Each class will be live on Zoom and will be recorded if you cannot attend. However, I believe you will get the most benefit out of the class if you can attend.

You will receive guidance and support from me as we traverse our way through different modalities to access our internal creative muse. I have spent over 10 years as a Shamanic Healing Practioner and also been an Artist focused on process and spiritual art almost my entire life.

We will be taking part in different creative practices to help open you up to the innate creativity that lives within us all.

• Exercises to help guide through triggered traumatic responses.
• Embodied guided meditation practices.
• Guided Shamanic Journeys where you will access your own personal Spirit Guide Muse to help you along the way. Whether that be an animal, an ancestor, an archetype, an actual artist or any other compassionate, wise, well one who is waiting on the periphery to step forward for you.
• Lessons on working with the elements, directions and seasons as resources to aid in your creative process.
• Process art practices that will be prompted to allow yourself to be vulnerable unto yourself to help break through barriers that may be holding you back.
• Guided work with energetic boundaries and building a strong energetic foundation and learning how to resource from nature instead of using up your own energy.
