<blockquote>"Growing up in a Spanish bilingual home I found the Spanish Healthcare Provider course to be very beneficial. I’ve been working as an RN for 10 years and have often felt ill-equipped to speak with my Spanish speaking patients because I was not familiar with the medical terminology. In fact I often used an interpreter because I did not want to get anything wrong. However, after taking this course I have the confidence I need to carry on medical conversations with my patients. Since taking this course I’ve been able to qualify to work officially as a medical interpreter within my medical center. The instructor was knowledgeable of the language and culture and had a beautiful accent!" Irene S., RN, BSN</blockquote>

Focused CE Series combines live webinars with independent web-based study, creating a “virtual classroom” environment.  Tackling complex initiatives, we break them into key topics, and bring nationally known experts right into the attendee’s home, office or facility. Learners go through a multiple week engagement with the same small group of peers, so they can share practices and questions together in an interactive “two-way” webinar experience from wherever they live or work. Between webinars, learners complete independent online study modules to reinforce and apply their new learning and prepare for the next session.
