Let's Lift Ourselves Up and Shine! High self esteem: valuing and holding ourselves in high regard opens the paths and clears the way for us to live our highest destiny. Self Love is our true and natural divine state of being. It is our birth right. Confidence is an energy we can call up and harness and then apply in many areas of our lives. Hypnotherapy and Therapeutic Guided Imagery are powerful tools to clear our obstacles and tap into our inner resources. In this workshop we will go on guided hypnotic imagery journeys, transform our inner obstacles and build up our confidence and self esteem. We will then anchor these positive states of being so that we can align ourselves and channel these energies to any area of our lives. This workshop will take place in a small group setting where we hold each other in the highest positive regard. Each participant will have their own unique and empowering experience in the creative imagery world of their subconscious mind. And from these journeys within, our outer awake worlds will be wonderfully transformed.
About Laura Morgan Hypnotherapy is a Certified Hypnotherapist with the Hypnotherapist’s Union Local 472. She is a Certified Master of Therapeutic Imagery with the American Hypnosis Association. Laura received her B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1986. She also brings 25 years experience as a private yoga teacher to her hypnotherapy practice. She has led hypnotherapy and Yoga groups for 13 years at a Dual Diagnosis Residential Treatment Centers for substance abuse and mental health issues. She also has a spiritual metaphysical background of learning which spans 35 years.
