Local resident Rachel Meddoms is passionate about sewing. She makes many of her family's clothes as well as beautiful home decor items. Rachel also understands that this is a skill that is being lost. She shares her passion, teaching skills and enthusiasm to encourage confidence in sewing.

Rachel will take you step by step through the process of creating, a Christmas tree shape bunting and a beautiful landscape, which can be used as a mug coaster.

Instructions will be included in written form in the kits and also in video form from 12th December. The Video will be uploaded to our website so you can view at any time.

Inside your kit will be all the materials you require plus an extra square for you to create something for the resident created artwork. This artwork will be made up of both knitted and sewn squares to create a landscape that represents the Clopton community. Be free, be imaginative and create your part of this.

Our workshop kits are completely free for residents of, or people with links to the Clopton community. Kits will be delivered to you and we will email to confirm a convenient time to do this. We follow Covid-19 guidelines.
