AgileSavant's SAFe Virtual Academy presents - Aligning strategy with execution
with Certified SAFe® Lean Portfolio Manager
AgileSavant's SAFe Virtual Academy presents this Lean Portfolio Management 5.0 (LPM) course that will be delivered via Zoom over a 3 x Half-Day (11:30 - 5PM EST) format spanning June 28 - 30th. The Zoom Meeting Room link will be sent to all attendees prior to class.
AgileSavant has trained more SAFe certified professionals than 86% of all SAFe Partners and over 95% of our SAFe candidates pass the certification exam on their first attempt! This is why you will only see LIMITED OFFERINGS from us on the SAFe Training Calendar. Our SAFe trainers must maintain rigorous course feedback scores and vast SAFe implementation experience in order to run SAFe courses under our brand.
Through our training and coaching services, AgileSavant has been involved in the launch of nearly 50 Agile Release Trains (or ARTs); thus, our training offerings aren't limited to "book" knowledge of the SAFe framework, but we also bring "real-world" / practical experience from many different business contexts (Health IT, Financial Services, Government, Auto Industry, ISVs, etc.) through in-person and virtual engagements. A clear differentiator for us.
Virtual Training & Coaching During COVID-19
AgileSavant has extensive SAFe 5.0 Remote and In-Person Training and Coaching experience. Through our SAFe Virtual Academy, we've trained hundreds of professionals in SAFe leveraging virtual tools such as Zoom, Miro, Targetprocess, Kendis, VersionOne, the Atlassian Suite, Microsoft 365 w/ Azure DevOps, etc., and we are experimenting with Scaled Agile's new SAFe Collaborate platform.
We also bring actual implementation and execution experience working with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) that have been compelled to work virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic. AgileSavant has been so successful in these virtual coaching endeavors that many of our clients are seriously contemplating remaining in the Virtual ART format even after the pandemic subsides. We share those rich experiences with you during all of our training and coaching engagements.
Remote Course Format
Scaled Agile recommends that remote courses be extended by 1 Day, but shortened each day, so AgileSavant leverages a 3 x Half-Day format (11:30PM - 5PM EST each Day) for the LPM course.
This shortened daily afternoon format shall allow attendees roughly 4 hours of time in the morning (during weekdays if applicable) to fit in some work so that you are not completely out of touch with your teams during this training. Yes, you'll have time to attend your team's Daily Stand-up and other morning meetings prior to class!
In this three-day workshop style course, attendees gain the practical tools and techniques necessary to implement the Lean Portfolio Management functions of Strategy and Investment Funding, Agile Portfolio Operations and Lean Governance.
Participants in the course have the opportunity to capture the current and the future state of their portfolio with the Portfolio Canvas tool and identify important business initiatives for achieving the future state.
