Meet Your Guide

Mel Aciego, spirit name 'Makana' is a Ritualist and Nidra guide trained in the Himalyan traditon of Yoga Nidra and is trained in spiritual journeying and holds a BA in psychology. Mel guides in a gentle way, to reawaken to true inner knowing and facilitate the re-ignighting of our collective joy. This begins with restablishing our sacred relationship to the Earth and our inner spark, which is why Cacao is the medicine of the now.

Heather is a Qi Gong instructor and certified Yoga instructor, seasoned ritualist and meditation guide. Author of the zines Moonwitch, Amazing Mushrooms and Plant Parenthood, Heather carved out her own unque path as a successful healer/entrepreneuer/artist. She leads weekly Qi Gong healing classes.
