This is a short and simple introduction to mindfulness meditation with a focus on the body and the breath. It will include teaching, led meditations and opportunities to ask questions with suggestions and guidance for bringing mindfulness and meditation into your everyday life.

• Top tips to establish and keep up a meditation practice in every day life
The course is aimed at beginners or those with limited experience of meditation.
Booking and financial assistance:
The non-refundable booking fee for this course is £15, with a suggestion for additional voluntary donation of £30 (if you wish or are in a position to give this).
We still want to make our events available to everyone who wants to attend so please contact the centre and ask for a bursary if you want to attend but can't manage the booking fee.
