In light of the current environment and concern for the health and safety of our delegates, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors we have determined that the most appropriate course of action is to make the February 21-22 conference a fully virtual event.-------------------------------------We are delighted to announce the Home Modifications Conference  will be held in Canberra (and virtually via Webcast) on Monday February 21 and Tuesday February 22, 2022.With the roll out of the NDIS almost complete there has never been a more important time to discuss how participants, and people with disability not eligible for the NDIS, can live in homes that are designed to give them their independence and freedom.Similarly big changes ahead in the Aged Care space with the transition to an integrated home care model means providers need to gear up and the sector needs a strong voice of advocacy.Who should attend? Home Modifications professionals, OTs, builders and tradies, people with disability, NDIS providers, policy makers, HCP providers, LACs and NDIA delegates, ACATs, and more.People with disability, and older people with significant mobility restrictions, are entitled to register for free and MOD.A members also receive a discount.Living at home is the preference of older people and people with disability. The Home Modifications sector plays a crucial role in enabling people to live in homes designed to give them dignity and independence.
