A  little bit about me…From the beginning of my journey over 10 years ago, my mission has always been to empower Women,  to encourage Women to take time for themselves, to love, care and nurture themselves.It is always my joy to share the benefits Dru Yoga, Dance & Relaxation and the benefits they have  brought me.Through Life Experience, many Trainings in Yoga, Meditation, Holistic therapies, Wellness Coaching, Chakradance & Soul Midwifery.My hobby, and love of American Tribal Style (ATS) Bellydance, more recently, Gypsy Caravan Belly dance & Mazazik, all these things combined have inspired me to birth Radiant Woman Classes,Workshops, Coaching & Retreats into the world, to guide Awakening Women on their pathway to an awakened life in every cycle of life.I have always stuck firmly to a path of Holistic and Mystical Living, drawing strength and inspiration from the inspirational Women in my life, within my family and friends.Inspired by Nature, Yoga, Dance, Meditation, Relaxation, Ayurveda, and the Mystical.These Ancient techniques have been around for thousands of years and with a little bit of commitment we can tap in to the Energy of these practices to bring balance to our Body, Minds and Soul
