In his simple and illuminating commentary, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar examines this ancient scripture and explains how the principles of yoga may be applied to life today. Handling cravings and aversions, leading a life that is dispassionate yet dynamic, countering the tendencies of the mind with knowledge and practice, cultivating awareness - these are but a few of the topics that Sri Sri covers in his commentary. Countless yoga enthusiasts world over have enjoyed these talks through book transcripts and video series.
