Chant and discuss the relevance of key sutras from the Yoga Sutra-s of Patanjali including themes of What is Yoga, Fluctuations of the Mind, Practice and NonAttachment, Obstacles to Practice, 8 Limbs of Yoga, Yamas and Niyamas, Kriya Yoga, and Seeds of Suffering and Overcoming the Seeds
of Suffering, Meditation.
*33 hours of Continuing Education for Yoga Alliance or Towards 200-Hour Level Yoga Teacher Certification
*Yoga Study Intensives provide an opportunity for:
-Dedicated practitioners to dive into personal practice more deeply without the commitment of a full teacher training
-Healthcare, integrated health, mental health and education professionals to learn more for integrating into their current professions
