Spring season isn't over... it just moved online! Whether you were training for a college baseball season, a high school soccer season, or to peak at a national powerlifting meet, it’s time to show off all of that hard work. Lifters of all ages and experience levels are welcome!
Powerlifting Nationals is a virtual event to keep the community of athletes together. Keep training, stay in touch with friends and teammates, and keep the athletic community strong during these uncertain times. You worked hard all year, now show off that process alongside Good Athletes from around the world!
All Entries: $28/Lifter
Submissions open on May 16 and will STAY OPEN until the Quarantine is over and our athletes have access to gyms! Participants will pre-register by purchasing a ticket and, after registration, receive individualized codes to upload their numbers onto the TrainHeroic platform. There are plenty of divisions for competition, and all athletes are welcome:

Powerlifting Nationals 2020 is an online strength-based event to bring health, hope, and community back into the lives of athletes. Open to first time competitors,world record holders, and everyone in between!
Competing in the National competition only takes 5 easy steps!
1) Register on the EventBrite link.
2) Recruit your teammates and peers to compete!
3) You will get a code to join a TrainHeroic team – join that team.
4) When it is safe to do so, record your bodyweight, squat max, bench max, and deadlift max.
5) Submit your numbers and video evidence during the submission window and celebrate!
Upon submission, a team of professional judges will review all entries and a leaderboard will begin to populate – once those results are finalized, we will LiveStream the final results! Award plaques will be shipped to 1st place individuals and teams, and certificates will be given to Top 10 finishers.

As part of the #BeyondStrength initiative, a division of the Good Athlete Project (501c3), each participant will also be asked to submit a brief video highlighting a lesson they learned through training. Did you develop an appreciation for the process? Did you become closer with your team? Did you learn the true value of hard work? You have put in a lot of time and effort – we want to celebrate your story.
