Online Oriental Bellydance Beginner
In our class we will work on basic Oriental belly dance movements, muscle isolation, core strengthening and rhythm.
As well our training will teach you the techniques of Oriental belly dance and we will learn short choreo in this style.
Language of instruction is English.

04.12.2020 - Basic hip moves
11.12.2020 - Feet pattern
18.12.2020 - Chest moves
08.01.2021 - Undulations and reverse
15.01.2021 - Basic shimmies
22.01.2021 - Elegant hands and shoulder moves
29.01.2021 - Arabesque variations and layers

Classes will be on Fridays from 13:30 - 14:45 online.

Cost - all 7 classes - for 60 Euro
or pay for each class 10 Euro.
