Online
This online version of the MHFA England mental health first aid course will offer the same learning outcomes as the face to face training and every person who completes the course will become certified as a Mental Health First Aider.
The Online Mental Health First Aid course is a blended approach of individual learning and four instructor-led live sessions, hosted on an Online Learning Hub over the two days.
As a training course, Mental Health First Aid teaches people how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue. The organisation's courses and resources also promote self-care as a vital way for people to help protect their mental health and prevent issues from getting worse.
As with all our courses at Mindmaps Wellbeing your course will be delivered by a Registered Mental Health Nurse, MHFA England Instructor and Open University Associate Lecturer and Practice Tutor experienced in remote teaching.
Upon completion of the course you will be invited to join an online community support group of other MHFAiders, which is moderated by Registered Mental Health Nurses.
Your link to join the online learning hub will be sent to you directly before the course start date.
