Welcome to Online Community Art Therapy for Adults!

The first Thursday of each month we will connect Online for an hour of Therapeutic Art making in a supportive small group environment.

Each month there will be a themed activity to explore and share. The atmosphere will be relaxed, conversational and completely non-judgemental. The focus will be on building creative community while exploring art making in a fun and unique way.

No art experience or special tools required.

All Adults Welcome.
