About this Event

OMAT (One Minute Ata Time) is a program designed to turn negative patterns into positive habits.

OMAT Club members meet every weekday.

Ticket includes:
  • One-Week membership
  • Daily, guided 15-Minute Practice
  • Q&A/Chat Sessions
  • Access to Private Forums Thread

Chemda will lead us through all 8 (minute-long) exercises that help your mind, body, and spirit.

The 15-minute virtual meet will walk you through these practices:

Gratitude: Reduce the feeling of pining, envy, and other negatives, weighted thoughts by noticing your strength and power and building from that perspective.

Meditation: Follow the breathing technique that can bring you to the present moment and lower your anxiety.

Writing: Organize and work through your thoughts and help manage them in a healthy way.

Yoga: Stretch and strengthen your body with a simple flow.

Plank: Strengthen your core, boost your metabolism, and improve balance and posture with this full-body exercise.

Procrastination: Manage and prioritize thoughts and tasks to help remove unnecessary hesitation.

Connection: Increase happiness, lower loneliness and stay close with your community by inviting and building conversation and connection.

Aerobics: Give your body a boost and increase your heart rate with no special equipment or extra space.

Sessions meet every weekday. (Excluding US bank holidays.)

Group Sessions are available at 7 AM or 10 AM ET.

Each session is 15 minutes. (5 minutes will be reserved after the session for Q&A/Chat)
